Imagination & Design
Compocket's R&D team of electrical and electronics engineers work on the implementation of the idea. All potential mistakes on assembling and manufacturing are minimized and all details are clarified by static and dynamic calculations on the design stage with 3D drawings and modelling.
Prototyping & Testing
As PCB design is completed by our hardware engineers, the embedded software is programmed by our software experts under our roof. In parallel, 3D drawings of the electronic card and the case are prepared in computer enviroment.
Completed hardware and software designs are tested by our experienced technical staff using our cutting-edge technological devices. Any necessary corrections and improvements are applied rapidly and reliably.
Case Production & Paint
3D drawings are first tested by taking out real size printouts using the highest quality 3D printers. After obtaining a problem-free product by performing all physical checks and user experience checks, now the real case can be manufactured. Each metal case is produced one by one by CNC machines to have exceptional quality. After it is shaped, finally the aliminium goes through sandblasting and red anodizing.
Circuit Production & Assembly
Circuits are manufactured by the latest tech, high quality and rapid machines. Each manufactured circuit block consists of 9 PCBs. After the manufacturing, components are assembled by the automated assembly machines. During this manufacturing process, no human touch is involved.
Accessories
In parallel, all the accessories are manufactured by different machines. These include minis bags, USB cables, specially designed mini probes with 4 pins (2 channels + 2 grounds), OTG converters, how-to-use guides and stickers. After the manufacturing, Minis logo is printed on each of them.
Quality Control & Packaging
During different phases of the manufacturing process, different quality control checks are performed. Our experienced quality control staff deal with any phase of production processes. We document any phase of the production from the first phase as raw material preparation to product packaging by using MRP software. In addition to manual quality tests by the use of measuring/calibration equipment, automated quality checks are done by machines. After the tests are completed, all the different elements are brought together inside the Minis bag.
Service and Guarantee
The devices, sent to our service for repair and maintenance purposes are repaired and calibrated by our experienced technical staff and returned to our customers. The Guarantee Term of the product you purchase is 2 years beginning from the date of delivery against any production defects as long as the warranty sticker at the back is undamaged.
Supporting & Encouraging The Youth
We believe in a brighter future and we know the youth will shape it for better. We are encouraging the youth to learn and practice electronics in many different forms. We are supporting high schoolers and robotics teams in need of an oscilloscope by sponsoring them Minis and educating them as much as we can reach.
